I love the wistful expression on her face. Really well captured!!
But that is only the start. There is so much to like about this photo. The monotone color scheme is just really well done. It looks like even her makeup was done to match the colors in the bricks. I love the way the colors are accented by the one bit of greenery down in the corner. Also you have positioned her just right so that the lines of the bricks and windows help to lead the eye to her face.
